1. Reservations and Payment
1.1. Reservation: To guarantee your stay, you must make a reservation through our website or by phone. The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive the confirmation by email.
1.2. Payment: We accept cash payments. Full payment must be made at the time of check-in. Personal checks are not accepted.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation by the guest: – If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. – If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. – No refunds will be made for cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice.
2.2. Cancellation by T’ika Guest House: – In the case of exceptional circumstances (such as infrastructure problems or force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel a reservation. In such a case, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Responsibilities and Rules
3.1. Guest behavior: – Guests must respect other guests and staff. – Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or common areas. – Pets are not allowed.
3.2. Security and belongings: – T’ika Guest House is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. – A safe is provided in each room to store valuables.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in: From 15:00 hours. 4.2. Check-out: Until 10:00 hours.
